1.5.2019 This location is super busy yet the staff works so very hard to accommodate the endless parade of rushed people coming in for lunch or grabbing dinner on the way home .
The food here is what it is ~ if you don't like it, you don't, no complaining as they're *very* specific about what they offer and what you get, *VERY* good Dollar value .
Anyone complaining about no green sauce (it's called GUACAMOLE, BTW) is an idiot as there's all the free condiments you could possibly want, immediately to the right of the cashier - no possible way to miss it .
I took my lady and Foster boy there 1.4.19 for the basic $5 combo and the place was packed yet they were friendly and helpful, even to the bughouse crazy homeless guy in front of us in line who began to berate my Foster boy for just looking at him .
Later he came over to our table contrite and offered us his un wanted tortillas , no one hassled him poor guy, many places would have given him the bums rush .
Reasonably clean considering how busy it was .
The only reason I didn't give top rating was : so busy ~ not their fault .

This is my third time coming to this location within the last 6 months. For whatever dam reason this CHICKEN fast food restaurant never has any CHICKEN available. The drive through wait time is 20 minutes???? Whatever happened to fast food and why do they have adrive through if u have to sit and wait. This place SUCKS!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would .DO NOT EAT HERE .!! They gave me rice that was stuck together like it was old . The chicken was hard like plastic . Not fresh at all . They always do this . I thought the service would be better but it's worse . Save your money and don't eat here .

This el pollo loco cheats with the time they had us back up to the red pole and wait. We did but they never came back so we just drove back up to the window. Once we got our meal we asked why and they said. It was something with the timer
